Jal sauces is a concept for an Indian simmer sauce brand that is fresh, modern and healthy. Jal which means water, the base of any sauce, when combined with "-sa" is "Jalsa", which means to bring people together. My friend Payal is a chef and I collaborated with her on creating a brand. The branding is inspired by the vibrant colors and culture in India, with patterns that exist throughout garments and decorations at events, where people are brought together.

One of my friends opened up his own dentistry practice, so I helped him come up with a logo to be used across his practice's brand, including website, office space, and business cards.
We hosted a tasting menu party, where she made pizza, shrimp appetizers, and tikka masala soup and grilled cheese sandwiches with the pistachio and tikka masala sauces.
